You can apply directly through our careers page or by responding to our current job postings on Indeed or Amazon’s DSP listings. Once your application is received, our hiring team will review your qualifications and contact you by email or text to schedule an interview.

You’ll receive an invitation to the Amazon portal to begin the onboarding process. You must accept this invitation and create your account within 5 days. Once your account is created, you’ll have 3 days to complete all onboarding tasks (forms, background check authorization, etc.). This process is rather quick and preemployment dependent with onboarding task completion.

Your onboarding will include:
Creating your Amazon account
Completing new-hire forms and drug/background screening
Attending orientation and driving training sessions
Meeting your driving trainer/instructor and team
Receiving your uniform and ordering your free delivery shoes

Must be at least 21 years old
Hold a valid driver’s license
Pass a motor vehicle record check, drug and background screening
Be able to lift to 50 lbs and safely move packages
Be available to work full-time schedules that may include weekends or holidays

Delivery Associates arrive at the station, perform a vehicle inspection, load packages, and follow a GPS route delivering to residential and commercial addresses. You’ll deliver smiles to 150–200 customers daily while maintaining G7’s high standards of Safety, Quality, and Timeliness.

You’ll receive a full Amazon-approved uniform and safety vest. Amazon also provides free delivery shoes to ensure comfort and safety on the road.

No. We provide all the training you’ll need to succeed. Our driving trainers/instructors work with you one-on-one to help you learn safe driving practices, customer service standards, and delivery technology.

If onboarding tasks are not completed within the specified timeframe, your application may be withdrawn. However, you are always welcome to reapply in the future when you’re ready to continue.

As part of G7 Logistic Solutions’ onboarding process, you will be asked to create a pre-employment email address. This email will serve as your primary method of communication throughout the hiring and onboarding process.
We use this dedicated email to send important updates such as:
Your invitation to the Amazon onboarding portal
Background check notifications
Training and orientation details
If you move forward and join our team, this same email address will carry forward with you as your employee contact email and will be what you use to sign into the Amazon Flex app.

Because operating a motor vehicle is the primary responsibility of a Delivery Associate, G7 Logistic Solutions is required to verify that all applicants meet driving eligibility standards.
Uploading your driver’s license allows for confirmation that you are legally qualified to operate a delivery vehicle and that your driving record meets the necessary safety requirements.
This step is part of our official pre-employment verification process and is securely managed through the Amazon background screening system. Your information is used only for employment verification purposes and is never shared outside the authorized hiring process.
